### Return and Refund Policy for Book Orders
**1. Order Verification Upon Delivery:**
- Customers are required to inspect their book order upon delivery. This includes checking the titles, versions, and the quality of the copies (whether the book is original or a reproduced copy, particularly for old and out-of-print editions).
- The inspection should be done immediately upon receiving the books from the delivery personnel.
**2. Immediate Rejection of Unsatisfactory Books:**
- If any book does not meet the customer’s requirements—such as incorrect title, version, or copy quality—the customer has the right to reject the book on the spot.
- The customer should not make any payment for books that are rejected at the time of delivery.
**3. Post-Delivery Discrepancies:**
- If the delivery personnel have left the location and the customer later discovers that the books do not match the order placed online, the customer should contact the bookshop immediately.
- The bookshop will arrange a date to replace the incorrect book(s) at no additional cost to the customer.
**4. Errors Made by the Customer:**
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they are aware of their curriculum and the specific books required before placing an order.
- If the mistake is made by the customer, such as ordering the wrong book due to misunderstanding or incorrect selection, the customer will be required to pay a return or replacement fee of 3,000 Iraqi Dinar.
**5. Conditions Not Covered:**
- No returns or replacements will be processed for books that have been accepted and paid for unless the error is proven to be on the part of the bookshop.
- This policy does not cover any damages caused by the customer after the book has been accepted.

- For any discrepancies or issues with your order, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange a replacement or further assistance.
**Note:** The customer’s due diligence during the delivery inspection is crucial. The responsibility of verifying the books lies with the customer at the point of delivery to ensure satisfaction and avoid unnecessary fees.
This policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair transaction process between the bookshop and the customer.
